In literally the worst news since the Hindenburg disaster in 1937, Ken Levine & his crack dev team have announced that their newest baby BioShock Infinite will lay in the cut until February 2013. The man claims that they are cramming more innovative shit into this title than the whole entire Call of Duty franchise (verbatim, I promise). And apparently that takes an annoyingly long time.
Also, the game will not be featured at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo, which isn't that big a deal because plenty of information has been released about it thus far in its dev cycle. I just was very excited about it, as were most serious gamers out there. I'm curious if it has anything to do with the Wii U, or with Call of Duty's release date, or if they actually need that much extra time.
But in all seriousness people, I'm sure we'll have a stacked up fall release season and there will be dozens of games that will accelerate the waiting process. Keep an eye out for more information.
