30 years and still the ghosts haunt him
Gamers visiting the Jan. 1 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California, likely caught sight of a familiar face as Pac-Man made a grand appearance, making him the first video game character to ever be featured in the event.

This annual parade preceding the Rose Bowl always draws a large crowd and, this year, visitors got the chance to witness the big yellow pellet-muncher step into the spotlight with a marching band displaying his iconic profile leading the charge.

The float was constructed in honor of Mr. Man's 30th birthday and his tireless efforts to rid the world of pesky ghosts and stray fruit. He was accompanied on the float by his lifelong friends/enemies Pinky, Inky, Blinky and Clyde. Be sure to check out the quick clip nested below.
