Just look at how healthy that family is
Here's some free medical advice: Next time you're feeling a little under the weather, just play a motion controlled game. It'll help work the aches and pains right out of your system.

According to Charles Friedman, D.O. of Florida Pain Relief Centers, playing motion-heavy games like just about anything on the Nintendo Wii, the PlayStation Move or Microsoft Kinect can actually prove beneficial for pain sufferers by encouraging a wide range of (usually) slower, controlled motions.

According to Friedman, the movement, along with the distraction of focusing on a video game, have shown positive results in both children and adults experiencing acute pain. Exercising in this fashion apparently also increases pain tolerance, which is helpful on the road to recovery.

So, next time you get a little sore and need to visit a doctor, don't surprised if they tell you to play two hours of Wii and call them in the morning. Also, eat some chicken noodle soup. That's just common sense.
