Pixel art has been around for years. People have loved creating fresh new products out of a craft from their childhood since for generations. But even with 8 bit homages like chiptunes, games like Cave Story and Scott Pilgrim, no one has ever recreated NES characters in wood. That is, until now.

8 Bit Wood is "a journey into the madness of pixel art." Jeff Swenty, The creator and cinematic director at Neversoft, already has a robust collection of pixel people on display in his office. Check out his gallery and see the finest in saw-related video game artwork.

8 Bit Wood will have an etsy page shortly, but you can purchase pieces in the collection right now by emailing the creator and negotiating price. He also gives discounts to game industry members who want to plaster plank Pitfall Harry on their office wall.
