​Tokyo Game Show got a lot of love from Capcom this year, especially when it comes to character announcements in Marvel Vs. Capcom 3. Spider-Man and Resident Evil's Albert Wesker have joined Tronne Bonne and X-23 in the most recent batch of fighters.
Spider-man is not unfamilliar to the fighting game scene; with his first appearance in the Capcom's Marvel Super Heroes. He also appeared in the previous Marvel Vs. Capcom games and EAs Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects.
Dressed in his Resident Evil 5 garb, Albert Wesker will be making his 2D debut in MvC3. He will be joining alongside the game's protagonist, Chris Redfield; who is also making his inaugural appearance. Chris' partner from the first game, Jill Valentine, was playable in the previous Marvel Vs. Capcom 2.
