You Can't Do That in Super Mario World...

... or can you? Almost 20 years after the game's release, devoted players armed with emulators are still testing the limits of the relatively glitchy Super Mario World engine to make Mario perform feats even more superhuman than normal.

Watch as Mario carries two items as once. Gawk as Mario uses a key as an infinite jumping platform. Be amazed as Mario travels through seemingly solid walls. Marvel as Mario spin jumps off of ropes, jumps off of vertical walls, rides Yoshi on deadly lava, kicks shell-less koopas, spin-jumps through a row of Thwimps and re-uses the same P-switch time and time again.

As the below video shows, it's all possible in this brave new Mario World. Oh what a time to be alive!
