Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days looks icky and awesome
The summer is just picking up pace, heading into a bright and luxurious fall. In a few weeks, we can suit up in our futuristic Halo armor. And then, a little after that, we can don some beards and scout the Afghan borders in Medal of Honor. And then brandish some pearl-handled Colt 1911s in Call of Duty: Black Ops.

But for now, it is all Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days. The sequel to the highly questionable Kane & Lynch: Dead Men has picked up quite a bit of excitement, with its unique multiplayer and gritty camera work. Some might even say it is one of the most talked-about games of the summer. You know, behind StarCraft 2 and Madden NFL 11.

But that's not all. There's EverQuest II Extended, Top Gun, and Ys Seven. Oh, and you can play as the wonderful Lara Croft in Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. If you'll follow me this way, I'll lead you to a full list of new releases for this week.
