Kinect's marketing campaign in disturbing.
Folks around the internet have been tipping off major news sites this week with little pieces of info found in their inboxes.

They claim that Microsoft Connect -- a division of Microsoft that gathers customer feedback and product reception -- has sent out some images that look very much like Kinect beta invites.

There has been no official word from Microsoft on this, though the evidence is fairly indicative of their plans. What are the plans, you ask?
Well, they will essentially have a sign-up list for the beta, where people will be given "a unique opportunity to see pre-release software." It looks to be mostly for use in conjunction with Xbox Live, though all news alleged at this point.

In addition to that, there is a caveat. The Kinect beta will not include the chat feature. The technology also supports video chat, so we're assuming that is going to be left out, as well.

More on this as it surfaces, but until then watch this Kinect trailer!
