We're not ones to nitpick the almighty or anything, but we have a few questions after playing through this fake retro game (trailer) based around the biblical story of creation:

  • If the game is by "Genesis systems," as the title screen says, why does it look like a Commodore 64 game? If you're going to make a pun, take it all the way!
  • Wait, "Supernatural Creator TWO"? What did God do in the first game if there was no light?
  • Speaking of which, shouldn't creating light be worth more points than creating the plants and mountains in level 3? I mean, without light, how would you even see the mountains.
  • When did God create the space bi-plane he uses in level 4? I don't remember that part of the bible.
  • Did anyone else expect God to break out a zapper instead of a guitar controller to shoot the ducks in level 5?
  • How can creating men and beasts in level 6 not be worth a single point? Are we really that worthless?
All that said, we're glad we played through the whole game and got to see the big twist ending. It doesn't seem like they left much room for a sequel, but here's hoping...

Check out the full trailer after the break, and maybe our criticisms will make a bit more sense.
