Modern Warfare 2 Spotted On Public Xbox Live -- Gold much?

That's right noobs, Modern Warfare 2 has been spotted in the wilderness of Xbox Live! While it's only being played internally by employees, the game has moved from the private development network to the public Xbox Live network.
You can imagine my disappointment when my Call of Duty 4 disc that I labeled "Modern Warfare 2" failed to fool my 360's disc reader after I tried to join their session.

The screenshots were taken from Xbox.com, not from the console itself.

All of the people who helped make Modern Warfare 2 already have the game by the way. So you will see people playing it.

anyway, i got this game and have been playing online, i wont be getting banned though!! they have a spec ops mode where you can do loads of different missions, including using AC130 gunship (which can be unlocked online with a 17 kill streak or aiddrop)
