Track Your Spending With Microsoft Points Converter

logomsp.gifHere's a funny little web tool that was sent my way: the Unofficial Microsoft Points Converter. Like web-based currency converter XE.com, you simply enter a number of Microsoft Points, and it converts it to real world money. The results are given in several currencies, so you can see how the points are valued in dollars, pounds, euros, and more.

The site also lays out how much it would cost you to buy chunks of content. Purchasing everything available on the Xbox Live Marketplace will run you $9,452.19

Why on earth would you need that? Are today's youth incapable of figuring out the ratio by looking at the price for 1000 points?

It's $12.50, by the way, which makes 100 points per $1.25, and to find any other values you simply multiply by that ratio.

It's called a fucking calculator.
