Wii Punch-Out!! appears

The first video of a new Punch-Out!! for the Wii has appeared, depicting a cell-shaded aesthetic and three boxers from the original: Glass Joe, Von Kaiser, and (Joystick Division banner star) King Hippo. Odds are that this time, Nintendo will steer clear of putting mentally imbalanced real-life boxers who could potentially rape someone someday in the game.
I like what I'm seeing so far, though I was puzzled by the shower of croissants that fly into the air when Mac knocks out Glass Joe... until I remembered Glass Joe hails from France. So what goes flying when you knock down Bald Bull - cowbells? What about Don Flamenco, feather boas and Queen albums?
Word to the wise, Nintendo: after the brouhaha that erupted from Resident Evil 5's perceived racial insensitivity, choose the culturally stereotypical knockout debris for the black boxers very carefully.

Nice trailer, good art style, and yet still not enough to get me excited about the dusty white box under my TV.
